Fri, July 16 update
Rev. David Loar WILL NOT be at the Nervous Dog Coffee Bar on Friday afternoon, July 16th or 23rd.
We are hosting homeless families through Interfaith Hospitality Network/Family Promise the week of July 18-25. We still need a few spots filled in our hosting roles for the weekend. If you can help, contact deloar@yahoo.com .
Sunday the 18th our theme in the worship service at 9:20 am is "Listening to Our Ancestors." The Living More Simply group will gather at 5:30 to provide a potluck supper for the families we are hosting. The Open & Affirming Task Force meets at 10:45 am. The Open & Affirming book discussion of "The Children are Free: Reexamiing the Biblical Evidence on Same-Sex Relationships" will be 5-6 pm.
