Badminton

| Plans are in the works for starting an indoor badminton court at Fairlawn-West United Church of Christ, 2095 West Market Street, Akron, Ohio. Plans have begun among the Youth Team at Fairlawn-West to mark off at least one and possibly two badminton courts in the Fellowship Hall. Some of the youth have participated at their previous middle school in an all school badminton tournament. They found it to be quite a workout, very competitive and engaging. As the play develops, it may lead to inviting other people to come and play at certain times of the week. |
