canoe trip Sat Aug 2

Tom Gerstenlauer, mission developer at the Miller Ave UCC mission in south Akron, will be casting the Vision in our worship service on Sunday, July 27. David Loar, pastor of Fairlawn West will be back from vacation next Sunday.

Labyrinth July 11
Our prayer labyrinth will be available on Friday, July 11, 2008 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm in our Fellowship Hall. The labyrinth is a wonderful spiritual tool. It usually takes 1/2 hour to walk the labyrinth. There will be guides available to help you start on the journey.

Mariah Marlin-Warfield casting Vision July 6
Mariah Marlin-Warfield, a recent graduate of Chicago Theological Seminary will be casting the Vision in the 9:30 am worship service on Sunday, July 6, 2008. We will also be hosting the Search Committee from The Congregational Church UCC of Medina, OH who is considering Ms Marlin-Warfield to be their Associate Pastor.
